ℹ Trong tiếng Việt hiện đại, 'làm cho tức giận' là cách diễn đạt phổ biến nhất cho nghĩa này. Từ 'angried' trong tiếng Anh cổ hiện nay đã được thay thế hoàn toàn bằng 'angered'.
