⚠ Học sinh hay dùng 'báo cáo' trong mọi trường hợp, nhưng 'báo cáo' thường mang nghĩa trình bày công việc hoặc sự việc lên cấp trên. Khi chỉ đơn thuần là kể lại lời nhắn, đúng phải là 'truyền đạt' hoặc 'nhắc lại'.

ℹ Trong tiếng Việt, từ 'truyền đạt' thường được dùng trong ngữ cảnh chuyển lời nhắn hoặc thông tin từ người này sang người khác, trong khi 'báo cáo' mang tính chất chính thức hơn.
